Hello, my dear beloved children!
Continuing my previous message, today I want to tell you about another reason that can become an obstacle for a person to feel the energies and develop his subtle senses.
This is his excessive immersion in the material world.
And in this case I mean a person’s desire to cover too much of a wide variety of tasks.
Many people do not know how to wisely distribute their energy, taking on an excessive burden of everyday problems that they often create themselves.
As a result of physical exhaustion, they no longer have the energy or moral strength for anything more, outside the material world to which they are accustomed.
This is especially true for older people who have lived a difficult life and have not learned to truly rest, continuing by inertia to load themselves with all sorts of things, thus filling their day to the limit.
What does “to truly rest” mean?
Of course, everyone understands this in their own way, but most often it means a change in activity – from mandatory to free.
This can be reading books, watching movies, walking in nature, engaging in some hobby – anything else, but not communicating with themselves or, more precisely, with their Soul.
Why do many people try to fill every minute of their lives with something?
Most often this is because they do not see themselves as a worthy “conversation partner” and it simply does not occur to them that they can “talk” to him.
But in fact, to do this, it is enough to simply remain alone with yourself in silence, completely relaxed and driving away all extraneous thoughts.
This could not even be called a meditation. It is more like immersion in yourself.
And if you develop the habit of devoting at least a few minutes a day to such communication with yourself, the results will not be long in coming.
Your Soul will finally be able to reach you and convey to you something important and truly necessary for you.
After all, this is how a person receives hints, clues and answers to many of his questions that he cannot find.
This immersion in himself also helps to reveal your energy potential, which will gradually lead you to a subtle feeling of energies and your chakras.
Learn, my dears, to listen to the silence inside your own energy space, which will give you many pleasant discoveries and take you to a new level of your spiritual development.
