Expecting the Best

Hello, my dear beloved children!

As a continuation of my previous message, today I will tell you how you can free yourself from the subconscious expectation of unfavorable events for you.

Since almost everyone has such a program, I suggest that you conduct the following meditation.

Let’s call it «Expecting the best».

It requires a fairly deep meditative state.

Call all your Heavenly helpers too.

And when you feel that you are completely relaxed and free of any extraneous thoughts, call upon the Three-Dimensional Matrix Disintegration Energy.

It is the one who is able to remove the deep-rooted program of expecting negative events from your subconscious, which is based on the fear as a consequence of this program.

If you have already managed to get rid of the fear as such, then this meditation would be only an additional tool to what you have already worked on.

So, once you have feeling of the Three-Dimensional Matrix Disintegration Energy in your energy space, ask it to align your inherent Energy of Expectation with the vibrations of the new Earth.

And then, without any thought or emotion, let that energy do its work.

Remain in meditation until the flow of energy subsides.

What is the purpose of this meditation?

The main thing is that this emotion, developed for centuries, which had the right to exist and was even necessary for you in the three-dimensional world, now leaves your consciousness and subconsciousness, since in the world of high vibrations dangers do not exist.

After doing this meditation, try to observe more carefully your reactions to everything that happens around you.

It is very important to be honest and objective with yourself.

If you notice that your expectations are still negative, do this meditation again, and perhaps several times, until you are sure that your expectations are not carrying destructive agendas.

Ideally, you should reach such a state that the expectation of a better future both in your own life and in the life of your planet becomes completely natural to you, and so that no thought that the Darkness can win anymore can seep into your mind.
