Implementation Of The “Heavenly (New) Jerusalem” Or The “New Israel” Project Started

The project envisages the formation of a Jewish state in Ukraine on the territories of its five southern regions – Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv.

The Heavenly Jerusalem project is a long-term project. Its terms are set by the “Council of Benefactors” and they are until 2049 and after 2060.
Old Testament prophecies refer to a heavenly city literally called “New” (“Young”) Jerusalem.
And in the Revelation of John the Theologian, the Heavenly City (Kingdom of God) is described.
Author of the idea and executive director of the project is Igor Berkut.
The periods according to the “Heavenly Jerusalem” project:
From 2014, five years of rot and decay of the existing system began;
The next five years are destruction and fragmentation – after 2019;
After 2024 is a period of reformatting.
2029 laying of the foundation of the “Heavenly Jerusalem”.
By the end of 2029, about 5 million Jews will settle in the New Homeland, who will begin building the New Jerusalem.
There are reports that Israeli Prime Minister B. Netanyahu has already discussed the resettlement and establishment of Jews and possible economic and political assistance in the implementation of the project, with the current Prime Minister of Ukraine V. Groysman, with Dmitry Medvedev, with members of the influential Jewish organization Chabad Lubavitch, based in Belarus, etc.
The “Heavenly Jerusalem” project receives support from well-known public figures, political scientists and analysts – V. Posner, Y. Kedmi, V. Solovyov, E. Satanovsky, D. Gordon, R. Bortnik and others.
The project is not covered either in the MSM or in the local Ukrainian press (central televisions, mass media), with rare exceptions.
All information about the implementation of the project comes from its executive director Igor Berkut, who publishes interviews on the YouTube channel “Rasvyet“.
Officially, the Heavenly Jerusalem project will be publicly announced after the adoption of the law on the decentralization of Ukraine, scheduled for the period of 2021-2022 (it is not yet known whether this law has been adopted)
In July 2019, Switzerland allocated 25 million euros, including for the decentralization of Ukraine.
The “Heavenly Jerusalem” project started in early 2017, when the first group of 183 settlers from Israel (from Haifa) arrived in Odessa, headed by Igor (Garry) Berkut, to lay the first stone of the foundation of the New Homeland of the Jews.
The management of the “Heavenly Jerusalem” will be entrusted to the “Council of Benefactors”, consisting of 12 people:
1. Honorary Eternal Leader of the Council is Golda Meir, born in Kiev, who is the fifth Prime Minister of the State of Israel.
2. After terminating his mandate as Prime Minister of Israel, B. Netanyahu will become the Chairman (Prime Minister) of the Council.
3. Ben Bernanke, former head of the US Federal Reserve, will lead finance.
4. Avigdor Lieberman, a native of Chisinau (Moldova), Israel’s current defense minister, will be in charge of security.
5. Yakov Kedmi, born in Moscow, former head of the Bureau of Relations with Jews in the Soviet Union “Nativ”, will lead the special services in the Council.
6. Avigdor Eskin, born in Moscow, political scientist and publicist, will be responsible for foreign affairs.
7. Natanu Shtaransky, a Soviet dissident and former interior minister in Israel, will lead internal affairs.
8. Vladimir Solovyov, the famous TV presenter, will head the mass media.
9. Tatyana Montyan, born in Crimea, will be responsible for justice issues.
10. Yevgeny Satanovsky, former president of the Russian Jewish Congress, will be the speaker of the Council.
11. An ethnic Ashkenazi will be appointed as chief rabbi according to the Khazar version in the Tree of Israel.
12. Hidden Apostle.
The New Jerusalem is envisioned to have two capitals. The first – political and business, will be the present-day city of Dnipropetrovsk and it will bear the name of the “New Jerusalem” project, the second capital will be cultural – it will be Odessa and will be called “Adessa”.
The consultant of the “Heavenly Jerusalem” project is the Polish Minister of Finance Leszek Balzerowicz, who, together with Berkut and other participants in the project, is the author of the economic reforms in Ukraine.
According to Berkut, the main principle of the reform is the reduction of the Ukrainian population, because that way the GDP per person will be higher than it. The main path in the reform is the steady gradual reduction of the population in the country.
In 2017, the Minister of Social Policy A. Reva stated that there are too many Ukrainians, and they are also eating a lot. And Groysman cynically added that “Ukrainians are also learning a lot.”
The financing:
In 2016, the IMF financed the project with a tranche of 250 million dollars, 250 million dollars received from the Fund F – a fund for the modernization of the Ukrainian economy, Switzerland (Friedman, Feldman, Fishman and Firtash). The project is awaiting financing from the Soros fund in the amount of 450 million dollars, which it has probably already received.
In one speech, Igor Berkut says that 2-3 billionaires die every day; if they leave their wealth to relatives, they will harm them. So they can donate their money to the New Jerusalem project.
The project also expects help from billionaires in Kazakhstan, Russia and other countries, which will come from the European Central Bank, the Bank of England, the Rothschild clan in the USA, from hundreds of family funds, from Hollywood, from Apple, Facebook, and Google corporations.
In 2019, Ukraine received funding from Switzerland – 25 million euros, from the EU – about 166 million euros, and technical assistance from the United States in the amount of 695 million dollars for public administration reforms and qualitative changes in the sphere of services and for decentralization.
Igor Berkut shows as an example the activities of Lee Kuan Yew, the creator of the “Singapore economic miracle”, which he takes as a possible path in the development of the New Jerusalem. As the basis for the development of the New Jewish Homeland, he takes the receipt of money from global corporations and the depopulation of the Ukrainian population. But L.K. Yew never relied on “foreign” money and solved Singapore’s problems thanks to his extraordinary mind and human resource, and never resorted to population depopulation.
Experts assess Berkut’s statements as chauvinistic. In interviews, he calls Ukrainians “biomass” who have nothing of their own in their own country.
In case of a threat to the security of New Jerusalem, Berkut says that the country will use nuclear weapons, probably against Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iran.
Quote: “Thanks to Crimea, we can bomb from Heavenly Jerusalem with impunity any country that demonstrates anti-Semitic or anti-Israel positions. Even if Turkey bans the missiles from flying over its territory, it will also be hit with a nuclear strike.”
When asked if the Jews will leave Israel, Berkut replies that “the Jews will not leave Israel until our Sun dies out and becomes a white dwarf, which will happen in about 7 billion years…”
For transportation between Israel and New Jerusalem, according to Berkut, comfortable airships will be used.
The head of the project repeatedly refers to chapter 21 of the Revelation of John the Theologian, which talks about the second coming of Christ and the creation, more precisely likeness to heaven, of the Heavenly Jerusalem.
Revelation speaks of representatives of 12 tribes of Israel, but leaders of the Council are chosen without regard to their affiliation to any tribe, which is associated with the loss of some of the tribes of Israel.
During the implementation of the project, a conflict arose between the Galicians and the Jewish community in Ukraine.
Thus, the disintegrating Ukraine must share its territories with the New Israel, and the Old Israel will be produced in the rank of “world heritage of humanity”…
Some researchers believe that this entire Special Military Operation was conceived because of this project, whose plan to take away vital territories for the new state was thought out in detail.
Since the time of Kuchma, Ukrainians have been constantly told that there are too many of them, and according to the Zionists, around 2020, only 15 million people should remain in Ukraine (now there are less than 27 million). The mobilization in the country revealed a terrible truth – there are no young people!
The special service Nativ deals with the repatriation of Jews from the Soviet Union, and Kedmi knows very well how to return his compatriots to Ukraine.
The creation of a Jewish state in Ukraine is profitable for the United States, because there they will also play the main role.
It is advantageous for Russia to have a Jewish state in the West, but without it having access to the Black Sea.
