THE PHASE GRIDS

they were originally intended for use in military radar systems, to rapidly direct a beam of radio waves across the sky to detect aircraft and missiles. These systems are already widely used and have spread to civilian applications such as 5G MIMO for mobile phones.

Phase Facilities worldwide encircle the Earth and provide full coverage. The main unit is said to be located in Antarctica and has a supranational corporate character, while the other smaller facilities are national in nature.

In order for the signal to be intercepted, registered and read in a fraction of a second, it is necessary to additionally “seed” nanometals, a type of miniantennas with high electrical conductivity, in the atmosphere. These nanometals are kept active and are assumed to remain “floating” at a certain distance from the Earth’s surface.

This is part of the geoengineering program, which, in addition to military radar purposes, can also provide artificial climate interventions, and hence climate control. The phase lattice with a rich array of nanometals in the atmosphere also has “medical” purposes, but this would be for another article.

The conditions and frequency range are modeled according to the content of the atmosphere and is generally a constant quantity.

When a large amount of dust particles and sand enter the atmosphere, say from the Sahara desert, it prevents the maintenance of active nanotech in the atmosphere by the phase lattice, and this leads to the fall of these nanometals to the earth’s surface, accompanied by either Saharan dust or dust and rain.

This is my humble hypothesis for the presence of nanometals and polyester fibers during the “strong south Saharan winds” phenomenon. A type of “side reaction” of the nanotech system for the needs of the phase lattice and the target it provides.
